Keep your friends close now for sure. Find a therapist and speaking from what I'm going through now, GET OUT OF THE LIMBO STAGE ! I wish I knew how to tell you how to do it. I don't but I know that's what's killing the both of us.

YOu MUST be strong for your daughters' sake. And yours. You CAN'T give up.
