John Allen Muhammad went on a killing spree of innocent victims, some CHILDREN, all because he was wanting to make it appear that his ex was killed by a sniper and not by him, all because he was deranged, the court realized this, and she was able to get a protective order. All because the court allowed her to escape this abusive deranged madman...someone quite like our dear Scott here. And because he could no longer control his victim, he decided that innocent kids, mothers, fathers, grandparents, etc. should all die in the name of his psycopathic cause.
