Not sure if this will ever be read. I am in the depth of dis pare and no idea what to do next, so I do nothing.
I thank anyone who actually reads the whole post.
I am a 48 year old male and I am trapped. I married 12 years ago to a strong type A amazing person. All who met her find her one of a kind. Attractive, powerful, the best in her field. They all envy me. When we met I thought I was the luckiest man in the world. She had everything and I was struggling to raise two kids on my own. In weeks we were married. Long story short, better to have a rusty penny in your pocket that you earned that to be beholden to the gold coin. I gave her all power. She handles everything. I stayed home and became the house husband, which I was ok with. But in time she has used my lack of work as a knife against me. I am belittled and humiliated almost everyday. She runs everything and I am trapped. I am no longer a person. My kids are long gone and on their own. I fear being alone, poor and lost. The world has no idea how she is in private. They see a outside that is attractive and professional. She has purchased high end items for me. So I look like the lucky guy in the Mercedes but she beats me emotionally with it. I guess I sound like a nut and this is not the right place to post anyway. I just have kept this all inside so long. I have lost all courage to fight. I have no money of my own. I have no way to pay for a lawyer. She has everything in her name, everything.
If nothing else this should be a warning to others. Nice things mean nothing when you lose your soul.
I may have to end my life rather then become homeless, depressed and watch the world believe her words over mine. Who in the world would ever believe that such an attractive little lady could verbally abuse me to this point. The world judges you by what you do, not who you are. That is just a sad fact. I have no way out. thank you for listening.
