Well I talked to her and she's trying to say that she only has $200 dollars in her account because she's paying extra on her bills, which I know is a lie.

I talked to her about BAH and she says that she'll start sending me the entire amount but she can't pay me for the missing funds the last two months until she gets paid again, and even then she said it would be in increments.

She also said that if she does this, I will have to sign papers just ending things cleanly without going to court but I don't want to do that. I want to take her to court and try and stick her with the entire wedding loan and get to keep the wedding ring.
