Modification of alimony 5yrs later

I have been divorced for 5 yrs. Permanant alimony was denied, but rehab alimony was awarded for 2 yrs. My last payment was 3 yrs ago. My ex is now suing me to re-open because she says rehab was unsuccessful and was not given a rehab plan. She now requesting permanant alimony in it's place, court fees and attorney fees. She also trying to modify child support because she feels I earn more( I do not). What are her chances of success? Is this a legitamate reason to modify?
