You are frantic aren't you? Because he didn't text "I love you, you are afriad it's headed for divorce? You said he went to visit his ailing parents whom he has a strained relationship with. I'd say his thoughts are likely elsewhere right now. And not on divorce.

At any rate I believe FL is a joint property state. It doesn't matter if your name is on the deed. If your money has been comingled for the entire marriage the house is half yours, as is any other asset or debt. I'd say if you ARE really worried about a divorce and not just being overly dramatic you should probably make it your business to at least know what's going on with the finances. If there are any major debts those will affect you too. I always think it's fine if one person handles the bills but the other shouldn't bury their head in the sand.
