I don't believe so. You are not married to this person so I don't know how the courts could calculate THEIR income into the amount of child support you have to pay. In addition..even if you WERE child support is calculated on what YOU make for a living and I don't believe it will ever be affected by what your new spouse makes.

The children are yours with your ex spouse and your child support shouldn't differ whether you get married..whether your ex spouse gets married, etc. I do believe it only depends on what YOUR income is..if your ex wife changes jobs and all of a sudden makes more money than you do, etc., thus..depending on the custody situation..then SHE would have to pay child support also.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong..I live in Wisconsin and I believe that those are the laws here.
