I'm thinking that she may be on crack if she's thinking she has a PRAYER of getting ANYTHING after a one year marriage.

She can get her own health insurance when you're divorced OR you can remove her from yours during open season. Her health insurance will kick in.

She wants a divorce, she can pay for it.

Was your money ever in joint accounts? If not, I'm thinking Yes_Dad's answer might be one of the more polite ones -- I can think of a few.

The next time she looks at you or her attorney makes demands like that, I might have to look at them and say **Really? Seriously?** and keep on steppin'.

She won't get anything.
