If you divorce, she can get a QDRO (Qualified Domestic Relations Order) to get a share of it (why would you want to give her 100% of it???) rolled over or cashed out. What she does with what she's awarded ceases to be of any concern of yours. Your lawyer will know all of this....and you do need one even in an uncontested divorce, so that you can protect yourself.
