If she didn't own up her mistakes and was discovered, she was never going to tell you. The other guy is probably not the first, the only, or the last. Gather evidence against her affairs. Pictures of her embracing, kissing, etc are very influential when going after what you want. Has she been spending money on her affairs? Travel, hotel rooms, etc? That's taking money away from her family, her children. Whether it's a no fault state or not, find a good attorney who will manipulate things so that the judge will find out about her affairs, her spending, pictures of her with other men. Judges are human and their decisions can be swayed. You most likely will have to settle for joint custody with the kids living you most of the time and your ex getting visitation.
