While I understand that you don't WANT to move, you may HAVE to move. Unfortunate, but possible.
Half of two mortgages, credit accounts and car insurance is only $800???? Wow.....he may not have to pay your car payment, be prepared to pay that yourself.
Again, what he thinks and what's legal are two different things --
anything joint? Car insurance, etc? Change the policy so that you're only paying your portion of it -- in other words, advise him that you will be taking your vehicle off the current policy and paying it yourself, he then would be responsible for paying for his own car insurance.
Credit cards are usually decided with a property settlement agreement or by a judge. If they're joint, expect to pay half the balances. Keep meticulous records of what you're paying now -- he may be ordered to reimburse you half of what you spent maintaining the bills.
You are wanting things that are usually decided in a final decree or PSA or mediation.
You can assume that you'll get child support and probably some type of support while the divorce is going forward -- but whether you work one job or three, you still have to make your proportionate share of what it takes to raise your child. You can not assume that you'll get ANY monies that could be considered spousal support.
Now is the time to make decisions that are realistic -- can you afford the house? The utilities? Var payment and insurance?
Start thinking -- while I think your husband will be shocked at what he's legally liable for, you also have to learn to live as if you have no money coming in. If you get it, great. If you don't, your financial duckies are in a row already.
