First off, if you're paying $1K/mo. and she makes $1600/mo. and she's getting WIC, she's likely frauding WIC and you can report it to them. She doesn't appear to be WIC eligible. She may not be reporting the CS to WIC.
Secondly, before you blast people, it might help if you give enough information up front so that people can answer the question informed. By putting as little as possible, YOU create the situation and need of speculation. Because alone, the question cannot be answered appropriately. IE: You didn't even state up front if you were wanting an accounting from the other parent or wanting to provide an accounting to the other parent. That alone made the question nearly impossible to answer.
Now once you calm down, much of what was said still applies. Unless you can prove neglect of the child, there is really not much you'll be able to do. You MAY be able to get a judge to listen, but it is rare. Some states will allow for an accounting, but even those that do don't give them out freely.
