Welcome to the site :). Your story mirrors mine in many ways and yes those unexpected mood swings come and go though they seem to lessen with time. You're certainly not alone. I'm just now venturing out into the world of dating. I was married 34 years, 32 together and 2 separated. I'm not sure I would have ventured back into the world of dating except for the need to be among people rather than isolate and wait for those depressive episodes... they'll bury a person. So... welcome again to the forum and if you just want to gab don't be afraid to post or send a PM.
