Take him back to court for contempt and since he has not complied ask for a change in the agreement. However it is doubtful you will be able to cancel his insurance until the divorce is final. There usually language in the order that forbids things like that and also addresses also the squandering of assets. My X had to keep me on his insurance until it was final.
