Spousal Support OH - Feedback on Amount and Term

Filing for dissolution in OH. Married 11 years. Salary is $85,000 plus bonus. Wife has been primarily a homemaker - but has had part time employment up until the last 1.5 years when she quit her job and refused to work anymore. She made $12/hr at her last job. We are splitting all assets and liabilities 50/50 (home equity, pension, 401k, etc.). Joint custody, she is the residential parent, and she is getting child support around $1200 per month - I'm paying 100% of child support and I get to claim the kids on taxes. I am covering health and life insurance for the kids, and out of pocket health costs are split 50/50
Her offer for Spousal support is $1250 per month for 3 years taxable to the wife. With child support and SS it comes to about 50% of my net income per month.
Thoughts on the amount and term of the SS?? Too little? Too much? Too short? Too long?
