Sounds like she co-mingled her assets to me. I believe he is entitled to a cut, but I'm not sure how that would be divided.....I'm thinking the brother would get 1/2 and your cousin and his stbx 1/4 each..........but that's that my guess. I'll be interested to see what the more knowledgable posters here have to say.
