From reading posts for years, I've come up with the following:

Men and women have very different expectations in marriage. Studies show that the #1 priority for women in a long term commitment is for the other person to provide security for them and future children....which really means financial security. Men, on the other hand, have different priorities. To put it bluntly, they tend to want their wives to stay slim, sexy and sexual.

As an example, if a man had a beautiful wife that wanted to be sexually active with him everyday, but refused to work or do any household duties whatsoever, it would rarely lead to divorce.

But, if a women had an attractive husband who wanted to be sexually active everyday, but refused to work or do any household duties whatsoever, divorce would occur very quickly.
