I am not lazy women and I've dedicated myself to take care of my husband and everything in my house. Believe me there are a lot of things to do in chores around house you've ever imagine.

Sorry, but you aren't going to get a lot of sympathy from this board. Many of us are or have been single parents, maintaining a house, raising kids, working full-time AND attending college at night. I was one of those people.
All you have to do is take care of a house?? I'm not calling you lazy at all, but trust me, it could be a lot worse.
Stay in your marriage. Learn to appreciate your husband for all he has given you and his mother. Get a job. That will get you out of the house, make you feel more ful-filled and get you away from mother-in-law during the day.
Commit to this for at least a year. If, in a year, you are still unhappy, at least you'll know what it's like to work and take care of yourself a little bit before making a decision about getting a divorce.
