I'm in Colorado too. At temp orders CO law states SS is 40% of my gross minus 50% of her gross (zero). But did the judge do that in my case? NOPE. She got 1K/mo SS at temp orders.

However her standard of living is much higher than mine due to her parents being wealthy. She has no concept of money, her daddy and I have always paid for everything she ever wanted.

During temp orders I argued that she cannot have custody because she is unemployed and has no means to live. She counter argued by bragging about how her parents are filthy rich and can buy her a house and car and everything she wants. That might have made the judge think twice about throwing more of my money at her.
