?? Experience is not enough. If it were, I'd have a great job by now. The requirements have changed from what they were back in 98. I think that my experience, my fabulous cover letter, and my high gpa have helped to get me all the interviews I've had in NY, PA,OH, MA, CT, etc.
I've been told that I rose to the top, that they really want me to come to their school, that....etc. Once it gets to HR, I'm knocked out, and I know why.
I am applying for positions that I am not able to meet the requirements for.
Community colleges are faced with incoming students who don't have the basic skills needed for college level work.
I guess I expected I'd be grilled like this, but right now I'm tired. I'm taking care of my disabled brother who has TMI.
I hoped folks in here who have the sense to see what I'm going though and who are rational would reply, but I guess that is not the case.
