It can be very slippery when lawyers get involved. Divorce is a civil matter contrary to popular belief and most Shirt and Commanders don't like to get involved especially when things are already in the courts.

I remember when I was in we had a Master Sgt. going thru a NASTY divorce and he and his wife had two horses. He shot BOTH of them so that she could not have one in the property settlement. Divorce sucks, and I hope you get thru this ok.
