"I do not feel cheated. I am not seeking revenge."
Okay, fine, so you DON'T feel cheated and are not asking for revenge, so what in the world do you feel entitles you to over 50 thousand dollars for a 13 month marriage?
And I will be honest, even those women that ARE against alimony will not say anything about this situation, which is one in which the "bad" stories of alimony are built on. You women who are currently sitting there shaking your heads that this supposed "woman" is looking to fleece a guy with alimony, but still won't speak up and TELL her she is a leech, are almost as bad as she is.
Sorry, abused, not abused, whatever, there is NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER a reason to court order a person over $50,000 in alimony for a 13 month marriage. NEVER.
Oh, thats right, you WEREN'T ordered to get spousal support, you are filing for it AGAIN. So, essentially, you couldn't SURVIVE without alimony (even though you DID), and when it was refused, you think you should get a second bite at the apple.
Honestly, I hope the judge not only denies your alimony AGAIN, but makes you pay his lawyers fees.
