Here goes,
I live in Georgia and married 3 1/2 years. Been tog for about 8 years total.
We accumulated debt, cars, and house tog. I am the one who filed for divorce on grounds of Adultery. She got busted 2X "performing a lewd act on another" that is what the officer cited her for the ticket. Of course I just found out a week ago. Of course I went through all the emotional, anger, hatered, and revenge phase. I had a reality check couple of days ago when the wife called the cops. Of course I did not stick around. Slept at a friends. She was upstairs in the bedroom when I broke the plastic chair that I new was going to break.

I guess conduct is vary important to a case so was wondering if this is going to hurt my case?
