The day my ex told me of his affair. I went to work, he kept calling and bothering me, I called his brother and suggested he make sure he is not there when I return from work. He stayed, he was all messed up and literally had snot running down his nose and was all out-of-it due to oxycotin. We argued, I went to get a glass of milk (of course, no clean glasses, so I used a coffee mug). I got so pissed off I hurled the mug at him and cut his eyebrow.
Picture this, 6.5 mo. pregnant in hand-cuffs. (10 days later, early labor, STRESS!!!)
The magistrate:
The situation was explained and ex admitted to cheating and that he was messed up. The magistrate told ex he deserved it and he was an idiot for cheating and how he has a good wife and now a child and he's screwing it up. The case was totally thrown out.
I certainly don't recommend this or condone my actions, but for once things were in my favor.
