I am pretty SURE the judge did not come up with the 50K figure. It is called a "blue sky figure"/ wishful thinking from an attorney.

Also the difference in the rates would be the years, I used 2010, or 11, but the support actually dealt with earlier years. So the 50K would not have been accurate a few years ago. Still using a lower number, and property, I can see it coming out that. I do not know if it should, or will. As Miranda said, that was a number presented to the judge, not one from the judge.
I can not say what was right or wrong, but I can see where the 50K number could have come from, and I can see where it is back spousal support, and property.
That is with zero time in the Air Force, no time dealing with a judge on any divorce matters, and not staying in a holiday inn express. It is only my opinion on a number.
How much should she expect to lose because of her decisions, and how much should he expect to lose because of his, and how much should they both expect to lose because of their joint decisions?
