Yes, I'm sure...it states it clearly on that form. Each number is PER child.
And to comment about your other remarks...he can refuse work because he has to drive 1.5 hours but I should have to get another job? Sorry, your logic doesn't make a lot of sense to me. One is not any better than the other in my opinion.
He can build his home during the evenings and weekends like I'm doing with my side jobs (when I get them).
My fiancee and I are both working extra to make up the difference for our $40k decrease of income this year. He's voluntarily being under-employed.
