Actually,long term stability vs short term increased pay does sound like a good financial decision to me. I would rather not wait until the job market is flooded with everyone in my company. Thanks though, for your thoughts. I was most concerned with him wanting "reimbursement" for money he believes he overpayed. Frankly, I could make do without any money from him at all but my daughter should not have to simply "make do".
