No Mom does not giver her money as I am the one ordered to py CS. I went to the CS office and the lady told me that I could have had my X fill out a form sign it and turn it in and then 3-5 days later they would have stopped CS. Now with her being on Medicaid for her and new baby she said I have to go thru court. I was wondering if anyone had any luck getting CS stopped with the same circumstances. I have the paperwork started and will fill it out this weekend. I cannot stop it on my own as it is payroll deducted. She has not lived at home since October. Medicaid has her and her fiancee residence on file for benefits which the lady at the CS office said would help in court.
