Well, now you've met the forum trolls......
I think because you 'let' him not work for years you will most likely end up paying him some spousal support. I think his hope for 5 years of ss on a 9 year marriage is a HUGE fantasy based on a 'worse case scenario' for you. Obviously, you should fight to have his income figured at minimun wage, even if he doesn't bother to work.....and you should argue the point that you paid for college so that he could better himself, but he just didn't follow through.
If you have the kids, you also have to figure that he'll owe you CS
