You need to learn about the child support guidelines in your state and what the stance is on secondary education (some states the split is based on your proportion of the income, some states, it's 50/50 and some states it's not ordered at all). Your state may strictly use a state college tuition rate or the actual tuition paid at a non state college. That is something that an attorney could tell you.
