Would you be willing to pay that amount if child support was stopped?
Actually if I had it yes, otherwise if CS is stopped it should be income proportionate or what each parent can contribute, which would not be 50/50.
I get that you are dads who feels the system is unfair and favors moms and in some instances you are 100% correct but if you take away my cs then it is unfair to ask me to contribute 50% of a college tuition I can not afford based on my income. It is unfair to persuade our son to attend schools that are not affordable to both parents, it is unfair to belittle my choices of a state school when the reputation is superb and to get into the school is highly competitive.
There are two sides to every story you are only seeing and hearing one of them. How I feel that is the NCP posted on this thread you would be behind him 100%.
Sounds like they are ALL immature.
Guess that is why we are divorced:)
