There are 2 children and the CS is just under $400/month. So far, the total amount owed is almost $2000 (the NCP is not paying their portion of court ordered medical insurance or uncovered medical expenses). NCP is not married but we are pretty sure the NCP is receiving financial assistance from the ex, since they are still driving around in the ex's car. The clothing was an amount that the NCP actually put down themselves, not something we came up with.
I am confused about your first sentence; can you explain further where you are getting your 85%, 30k, and 20%? In our state, it's 25% of your gross income for 2 children. It's none of our business what the NCP does with their money but when the CS isn't getting paid, medical insurance isn't getting paid, and uncovered medical expenses aren't getting paid but NCP is spending a lot of money on outings, dinners, etc. and the numbers aren't adding up on the financial statement (under penalty of perjury), then it becomes a problem. We could just wait until next year, then have use the NCP tax return because at least this way, it will be a honest representation of what the NCP makes, not what the boss decides to put down on some piece of paper.
