If the order does not state that you get the REST of the summer "uninterupted", then yes, he is entitled to EOW during the summer.

Now I would like you to REALLY think about what you are requesting. Because he gets EOW during the year, you get TWENTY FIVE uninterupted parenting times during the year. He gets ONE. You want to throw the order up in front of him for the braces, then seem to be upset that he wants to hold YOU to something. If he is EQUAL enough of a parent to pay for HALF of the braces, he should be EQUAL enough of a parent to spend EQUAL time with the child. And he isn't even ASKING for that, just EOW during the summer.

So which is it? Is he an EQUAL parent, and he should pay equally, or will you be reducing your request for the percentage of the braces to the percentage of parenting time he has?
