There is a generic parenting plan in place. It was supposed to be every other weekend, every other holiday, he was to have them on his birthday, father's day, two weeks on and off during the summer and has NEVER done it. When it was first put in place I had contacted him to make arrangements for the summer and he told me he was not going to be doing that. The kids have gone to various therapists over the years because of issues with him but I have never thought about contacting child welfare but I have let Friend of the Court know everything that has gone on. I did have him go to court a few years ago because our 13 year old who was 8 at the time was having a severe asthma attack at his home and my older children were contacting me and letting me know what was going on and I called him and told her he needed to get her to a clinic right away but he decided to wait while his girlfriend got ready before taking her and then called me at work once he got her there and called me every name in the book because he was going to have to pay for medication for her and hung up on me and I had no idea where she even was to contact them so I could pay for it. Apparently he had enough of a fit about it there that they gave him the medication for free and then the next day he went and got a massage and told my oldest to make sure to not tell me because of what had happened the day before. When I went to court the judge didn't really want to hear any of it and at that time I had a lawyer. Did I mention that my ex is narcissist (sp) to the extreme. He tells a good story and gets everyone to feel bad for him and I am the bad person all of the time. I could tell you lies he has told about me but no need. I really do not care all I care about is my kids.
