Thank you so much for your advice. I think I'm just going to document that she went against the parenting agreement and just keep logging everything.
Might be smarter to go for custody with a little more build up. I don't see this lasting (what she's got going on with this guys) unfortunately for her, the new baby, and our child - but history tends to repeat itself and I'm thinking she will just be too overloaded to even think straight and I'm sure it will result in more slip ups and bad decisions.
So we'll see I guess.
