Do you have Court Services where you are? You can go through mediation in regards to a parenting plan. Ive had to. My ex started barking about more time, so we went to mediation. That wasnt the last of it though. We then went to Case Management. Basically, it is the last straw. This Case Manager will make the decisions for your child. My ex got more time in the parenting plan, but did get shot down on trying to get sole custody. The Case Management cost $150 for a full year. You meet up with them...together and discuss the issues. Even though we all want to provide stability to our children, it is not that much of a concern to the courts. But, it may give you more time...maybe even show her a little unfit. Just maybe you could try this before going to a judge. Now, their decision is final...so it kinda takes your rights away. You can fight their decision but it does have a lot of weight with the judge.
