My ex confronted one of the "adults" last night. SOOOOO proud of him!!! :) We havent heard from the grandmother. She hasnt returned home yet, not answering her cell and not returning calls.

This adult has confirmed what my daughter has said, what the cousin told me. He apologized to my ex as there was drinking involved and it "got out of hand". Ex just told me this morning and he was on his way to work, so I didnt get all the details of what happened.

I am not understanding this thought process that some have had in their comments about not trusting their children. I tend to lean on the side of caution. Id much rather approach someone about how a kid felt and deal with it, than to just take it as their children are blowing it out of proportion and do nothing. This is a child vs adult issue. If this was child vs. child, I wouldnt get involved and putting it on here.
