it just burns without a lawyer on board.....i asked the gal in a conference setting hearing about what happened with a referal to a supervised visiting facility in my town, (u need a referal to all these places) and he said "oh my office didnt get email that week, please resend it" why did I have to ask again about it he knows ive been fighting to see my kiddo 11 months now.
and mom withholds because of what she says......duh its rough....I believe the GALS intent is for a Pshy eval to be done before i am to see kiddo (once again on what MOM says) I believe thats his intent.... we have a motion hearing on the 1st regarding this. he wants me to tavel 2 plus hours to the pshyc he knows and I want to find an indigent one in milwaukee w a phd and family law experience. Any chance i can find that mixture?
