They're not going to order visitation they know in ADVANCE she cannot afford. given his lack of involvement to date, he's likely to get minimal visitatoin and he'd probably have to pay half.

Dude, your child IS moving. Your child support IS going up. You're going to get a minimal visitation schedule because that is the precedent YOU have set in establishing a relationship with this child you wuv oh so much (gag me).
