I don't understand why he is paying you at all the CS. Alimony maybe, but CS should be through the state. My husband hasn't been a day late in CS EVER and it is still garnished through the state - they sent the paperwork to DFAS and that took care of it. Its easy peasy when someone is in the military. Contact your local CS enforcement office and go from there.
