Yes it was reported to CPS here, the doctor I took my child to reported it as did I. Cps did an investigation and the 12 year old admitted to what he did and the police were going to arrest him, however the figured due to the size and fragility of the 12 year old it probably is not in the best interest considering that 1-he will be returning to his home state and that state probably wouldn't do anything and 2-if put in juevenille detention he would probably become a victim as well. I agreed and it was under the agreement between CPS here, CPS there and the mother that he would get the proper help needed. The DA a few weeks later came to me and was trying to have me press charges, but told me the chances of anything being done in their state would be slim but here there would formal charges brought against him and he would stand trial. And ordered mandatory counseling IN THIS STATE. What was the point to put my child and the other thru this for nothing.
Ok on the 12 & 8 year old we have no idea if anything ever went on because CPS has not interviewed the 8 year old regarding this. Like I said they told me its not my business their only concern is about the 12 year old. I don't understand that. Its not my business technically, but morally it is. If my ss doesn't get the help he needs can he ever be around my kids again? NO! And why if he's not getting proper help do they think he is safe to be around other kids? Makes no sense.
