I read your post - I realize your 8 yo was a victim. I am telling you 12 yos do not suddenly for no reason rape 8 yos. SOMEONE is hurting that kid. And he is your husbands son - he needs to do something about it and advocate for him until someone gets to the bottom of what happened to him.

That MAY be taking place - you don't know. CPS cannot talk to you about a case involving the 12yo, because he is not yours. But if it isn't - his father needs to raise all holy hell. Before his son is lost forever.
