First off, Hanz, she does work. Take off the blinders long enough to utilize those reading comprehension skills.
Poster, no matter what you ask for there is no guarantee that you will see a dime of the money. Whether you agree out of court or a court orders it, that doesn't mean he'll actually PAY it. Given his nasty habit of trying to pick up minors, the chances of him staying employed are slim to none, so it would be wise to improve the income you can control - yours.
If you have the opportunity to find better employment, or advance your skills at all, take it. Get the assets you can from the marriage, sell the house or leave him with it, whatever it takes, and RUN.
Sorry I can't be more helpful than that, but seriously, if you've got a pedophile (?) for a husband?? His ability to help you support those kids won't be there for much longer. Your life and your kids' lives are about to face a huge change; the less dependent you are on him the easier it will be in the long run.
-------------------- Marriage doesn't come with a money-back guarantee.
