Josh Powell lost custody...

...because his FATHER is on trial for child p0rn. Oh, and because he FATHER, per his ex wife, is a pervert. So despite the fact that he and his family are NOT bailing the father out, and there is ZERO evidence that he was involved in ANY way, he lost custody. The mother is missing, and while he is listed as a person of interest (the spouse is ALWAYS a person of interest), there is absolutely NO evidence that he was involved.
Like Brad Cooper, a mere accusation is apparently enough for them to take your kids away from you.
