It would seem he doesn't have any money because that is his choice. If you're unsure as to what a parent needs money for, you have no business posting on this forum. As far as your belief that parents shouldn't have to pay child support if they don't want to, is obviously a baiting statement. It would appear you are the one who needs a life.
By the way, my ex owes me over $140,000 in unpaid child support. I have utilized every possible avenue to collect. Of course, this has resulted in his arrest on several occassions, revoking of his DL, judgements, etc. I was unaware I could go after his Social Security when the time comes. You can be assured, I will certainly go that route as well.
