I make 100k a year.
I am 33 and she is 35
Spouse is a stay at home mom.
12 year marriage
Tons of debt most in my name
3 cars one of which has a lien of 17k may be worth 20k My name only on two vehicles
Two homes of which one is being rented and no equity in either (names on both)
3 kids ( 11, 7, 4)
Questions Needing Answered...
I am concerned with getting the car with the lien on it (sportscar-in my name only)invested a lot!
I want 50/50 custody (what if I can't afford a housing because of debt post divorce?)
We pay a loan in her moms name only .. will I be responsible for it after divorce?
How long should I have to pay spousal support?
How soon can she move out of state and will that effect child support.. she will want to move to md and we are in wv.
Will we have to split taxes for 2011 50/50?
