Yes my proposal doesn't mention the yacht because in my proposal he would keep it. The yacht and its debt. He doesn't want to sell it, he loves that yacht and he wouldn't find a buyer for it right now. I hate that yacht, he bought it despite me going crazy that I didn't want the yacht and it was a major problem in our marriage and it actually damaged his relationship with his father.
In relation to the alimony ok, I understand what you mean about not need for it. It boils down to what I want. He gives me his part on the house in exchange for the alimony.
