The reason that I think he should move out is because he has a father, a sister and a 47 foot yacht in town. He has a choice of places to go. Btw yacht docked in the luxuriously 5 stars Marriott Marina in downtown San Diego.
All hotel amenities included with the slip fee.
I don't have a single family member in town (or in the country for that matter) and $80,00 in my bank account.
