Because he generally he works 2 seasonal jobs. One job he has Apri-Oct and the other Nov-March. For whatever reason last year he didn't work that other job. When we were in court at the beginning of Oct to have the support modified (slightly increased) he told the judge that he had a new job lined up for the first week in November for the winter season. So based on what he told the judge and he told me for that matter he should be working. Perhaps that job never panned out? I really don't know, he doesn't communicate anything to me. He hasn't called in 8 days and won't respond to any of my emails. But even if it didn't work out he could of filed for unemployment and then the support would be garnished from those wages. CSE contacted a new employer back on 11/14 about garnishing wages. I was told that the new employer has 30 days to start the garnishment. So it is possible that some payment will come through the end of next week. (Keeping my fingers crossed)
