A NCP can reduce expenses, but they aren't held accountable. Ask my x who's several months in arrears, but bought a new house with cash from his Mom, is buying a newer car, spends his free time at the bars and c@sino - when he's not at college ball games.
I, however, have 2 little mouths to feed, a light bill to pay, Chrstmas coming quick, and my furnace is on the blink.
Who can reduce expenses again? I guess I could feed the kiddos Ramen noodles, beans, and PB&J.
